One focused hour of live, screen-shared help with a Wix expert: practical fixes, honest advice and clear next steps for your website.
Pick a slot in the calendar above, tell us what you would like to cover, and you are set. Book your Power Hour today.
The sessions will be recorded if the client requests, a recording of the screenshare can be sent to the client if they need within 48hrs after the session.
Sessions can be moved to another date if the client or Smoogles can't make it, 16hrs notice to be given by both sides to approve this. There is a reschedule button in emails and in the client portal if you have one to choose a new date/time.
As this session happens live over Zoom video: It's recommended that you have a strong internet signal for the hour. It's also essential that you join the Zoom call on your laptop or desktop computer. Joining the session on mobile can be limiting for the collaboration as viewing the shared screen from Smoogles can be difficult. If you have never used Zoom before it would be a good idea to do a test video call with a friend or colleague to make sure that your webcam and sound is all functioning correctly.
When you book the Power Hour you will receive instructions to give Smoogles Design collab access to your website. If you have new content such as images or video, create a new folder in the media manager and copy the files there which will speed up the workflow. If any images are over 1mb in size use a tool like Tinypng.com to compress them before uploading to the media manager.
